I offer a range of three individual guided meditation, emotional clearing and energy healing sessions that I design to meet your needs. The sessions are very powerful in releasing emotional trauma from the body. All the sessions are very energising and will leave you feeling much lighter and can also move you into a deeper state of mindful awareness for a good while after.
The various techniques I use include energy healing, chakra healing, meditation, emotional release, breath work and sound baths. During the sessions we’ll look to identify energy blocks within you and work to create a greater understanding of where and why these blocks occur. Once you begin to understand this process, you will build a greater awareness of those unwanted thoughts, decisions and actions that come from your unconscious self. Over time and with regular practice you will then be able to respond to these thoughts and feelings in a calmer and more positive manner.
Each experience is different and can range from a full emotional release leading to complete clarity of mind to simply feeling you are in a better place. As your journey continues and your levels of conscious awareness reach higher levels this will have a positive impact on many different health and well being areas such as improved energy levels, better sleeping patterns, eating and general dietary awareness, relationships, spending habits and decision making.
