“A Sonic Tonic”

A day of well-being and healing at the wonderfully sacred space of the Kosmon Sanctuary, Walton on the Hill.

The day will include:

A Guided Meditation and breath work session

A space for self-enquire and reflection

A sound bath for reflection and relaxation using gong crystal and Himalayan bowls

A guided woodland walk in the beautiful sacred woods within the private Estate

“The circle of light” a healing experience

Vegan lunch

The famous ginger shots!
